Baby seats, child seats and booster seats for children from 0 to 36 kg (0 to 79 lb.) are guaranteed to be available if a booking is made (groups 0+, 0, 1, 2 and 3).

The Partial Damage Waiver removes the renter’s responsibility for the first US $500 of damage to or loss of the vehicle. The customer is held liable for any damage or loss exceeding $500. The CDW is not available in all states

The Loss Damage Waiver reduces the renter’s responsibility for a part of the vehicle in the event of damage or loss of the rental vehicle. If the LDW (including theft protection) is accepted, the renter has a $0.00 deductible. If the LDW is not accepted, the renter will be held liable for the full value of the vehicle.

Navigation systems (portable or built-in) are guaranteed to be available if a booking is made.

The Personal Accident Insurance covers bodily injury to occupants of the rental vehicle. This protection does not cover everything and there may be exclusions.

The Personal effects covers some items inside of the rental vehicle. Must be provided Proof of purchases of the items inside and also must be attached a police report for the incident. This protection does not cover everything and there may be exclusions.

Save yourself from worrying by purchasing the most basic level of coverage that we offer. The SLI protects you in the event of claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as the result of an accident while the renter is operating a rental vehicle. This coverage also supplies the renter with third-party liability protection of up to US $1 million per accident.

Certain regulations apply related to minimum age and possession of driver's license which can be found during the booking process depending on the booked vehicle. The minimum age to rent a vehicle in most locations is 21 and the driver must have a valid driver's license. For certain specialty and larger-sized vehicles the minimum age of 25 years of age applies. An Underage Driver Fee will apply for drivers under 25 years.

The Wi-Fi hotspot is available. The In car Wi-Fi connection provides unlimited data usage for all devices.
